Start-up Area at MedtecLIVE with T4M 2023
The "Start-up Area" at MedtecLIVE with T4M from 23-25 nMay 2023 in Nuremberg offers plenty of space for start-ups: 30 start-upsn have the opportunity to apply for free participation at Europe's 
nmeeting place for the medtech scene in southern Germany. Applications ncan be submitted from now until mid-February.n
"We are extremely pleased that next year's Start-up Area will be njointly supported by Medical Valley and EIT Health for the first time," nsays Christopher Boss, Executive Director MedtecLIVE at NürnbergMesse.
"These two organisations stand for optimum support for promising medtechn start-ups like no others." The free offer is aimed at start-ups in nmedical technology but also at founders who come from manufacturing ntechnology, for example, or who want to gain a foothold in the medtech nmarket with their products or services. In addition to booth space, the npackage also includes stand construction and participation in the nnetworking events of MedtecLIVE with T4M. In addition, various tours andn contact formats offer many opportunities for start-ups to exchange nideas with fair participants.
"The Start-up Area is not only a meeting place for the spirit of ninnovation and entrepreneurship, but above all for people who are nenthusiastic about the current and future challenges in the healthcare nsector. The Start-up Area is intended to offer them an efficient nopportunity for networking and transdisciplinary exchange," says Anna nWerner, CEO of Medical Valley.

Digitalisation, AI, robotics as well as sustainability and regulationn are the topics of the MedtecSUMMIT Congress & Partnering 2023. nHere, too, start-ups in particular will find the space to discuss the nlatest trends with experts, SMEs and also the global players of the nmedtech community and to jointly look for solutions. "Start-ups in nparticular are the drivers of promising innovations in medical ntechnology. The incubation of these innovations only works together and nin the right setting." Therefore, Dr. Jörg Traub, Head of the Health nBusiness Unit of Bayern Innovativ and Managing Director of Forum MedTechn Pharma e.V., is particularly looking forward to the personal exchange nwith all participants on site.
On the first day of the fair, promising start-ups will also be nawarded prizes in a contest. The founders will present their concept to an top-class jury of experts and compete for attractive prizes.
