EU PVSEC and IPVEA
present the PV Production Forum
The European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition (EU PVSEC) and the International Photovoltaic Equipment Association (IPVEA) present the PV Production Forum 2013 on Wednesday, 2 October 2013 during the 28th EU PVSEC in Paris, France.
Jointly organized by IPVEA and EU PVSEC, the fifth edition of the PV Production Forum provides an international platform for photovoltaic manufacturing technologies. The 28th EU PVSEC will host the global PV community at the Parc des Expositions Paris Nord Villepinte in Paris, France, from 30 September to 4 October 2013.
The PV Production Forum 2013 addresses best practices and case studies that can assist production management, purchasing staff, and product managers how to increase throughput, efficiency, and save money in their production fabs. This educational meeting will feature presentations arranged around several focal topics including silicon, thin-film and future photovoltaic module and cell production technologies.
IPVEA members and PV industry professionals are invited to submit proposals to speak at this technology forum.

Background IPVEA
Established in May 2008, The International Photovoltaic Equipment Association (IPVEA) is an independent, non-profit organization of manufacturers and suppliers of photovoltaic (PV) fabrication equipment and related raw materials used in PV ingot, wafer, cell (crystalline and thin-film), and panel manufacturing.
The association's member companies represent the wide spectrum of equipment and materials including that related to crystal growth, diffusion furnaces, glavanics, laminators, laser systems, materials handling, metallization, printing, process integration, solar simulators, substrate handling, testing, vacuum systems, waste gas abatement, wet chemical systems, and related materials and professional services.
The overall mission of the association is to provide members with a forum for information, discussion and exchange of ideas, as well as ways to develop business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Background EU PVSE
For many years, the European Photovoltaic Solar Energy Conference and Exhibition (EU PVSEC) has combined a renowned international scientific conference with a leading PV industry exhibition and trade fair. During 5 conference and 3 trade fair days, new products and technical innovations from all areas of photovoltaics and from all over the world are on show.
The EU PVSEC is supported by European and international organisations such as the European Commission, UNESCO - United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation, Natural Sciences Sector, WCRE - World Council for Renewable Energy, ESA - European Space Agency, OME - Observatoire Méditerranéen de l'Energie, REN21 - Renewable Energy Policy Network for the 21st Century, EU PV TP - European Photovoltaic Technology Platform, EPIA - the European Photovoltaic Industry Association, IPVEA - the International Photovoltaic Equipment Association. The Conference Programme is coordinated by the European Commission, DG Joint Research Centre.
