E-world 2020
Launches New Online Job Market
E-world energy & water has relaunched its job board to support the energy industry in attracting new employees. Effective immediately, not only exhibitors at the trade show can publish their job openings on the E-world website, but instead all companies in the energy sector can do so, with both domestic and international job postings.
The online tool makes it possible for employers to target their relevant applicant groups without scatter loss and thereby benefit from the broad reach of the trade fair home page. The job market is geared toward young high potential candidates and graduates as well as seasoned industry experts. For the relaunch of the job board, companies like Thüga, DB Energie, Thyssengas and Trianel have published current job openings there.
"Recruiting is an important topic in the energy industry. It is an increasing challenge for companies to find the right employee," says Stefanie Hamm, Managing Director of E-world.
"We want to use the E-world platform and assist companies here." Her colleague Sabina Großkreuz adds: "The majority of our visitors are highly skilled professionals and managers in the industry representing the relevant applicant target groups. The job board is therefore an ideal tool for presenting themselves as an attractive employer in this environment."
Job Market Benefits from the
Broad Reach of the E-world website
Using the online job portal - prominently placed on the E-world website - companies can easily and directly reach experts or young professionals who are interested in a new professional challenge. The advertisers benefit from the broad reach. The website from Europe's leading trade show for the energy industry, which takes place at Messe Essen from February 11 to 13, 2020, is ultimately a sought-after starting point with high click counts and many visitors throughout the year.
In addition, the job opportunities are publicized over the E-world social media channels, allowing them to reach an even wider audience.
Find Specialists with
Cross-channel Opportunities
With the expanded online job market, E-world is emphasizing its goal of supporting the recruiting efforts for the industry across multiple channels. During the trade fair on February 13, 2020, the Career Forum will be held again. About 250 high school graduates are expected to attend to learn more about career opportunities in the energy industry. Exhibitors can present themselves in panel discussions or with a booth at the Career Forum and post their job opportunities on a job board at the exhibition site.
